Founded in 2010 and located in Tucson, Arizona, D-S Rescue's mission is to provide Rescue for the most extreme neglect and emaciated horses. Often assisting Law Enforcement, we strive to educate our community on proper equine care.  We are an official 501c3 Charitable Non-Profit Organization. Donations are tax deductible.
